Users can drag up the menu and or explore the map, to discover restaurants, movie theaters, supermarkets and other places to shop. From there, users can see a menu featuring Popular places nearby, discover a list of Favorites, and view which places they have Visited on the Snap Map. To start using My Places, tap on the Maps button, located in the bottom left corner of the screen, and then on the Places button. Snapchat was also part of a free speech case decided by the Supreme Court back in June, involving a high school student and the right to express oneself on social media without being punished by the school. Snap has grown beyond the Snapchat smartphone app in recent years, however.
